Holidays without car

With the Mobilcard, also this summer, you can use the public South Tyrol Transport Association’s service of bus and train and you can visit so, without using your car, other villages. The Mobilcard is ideal also when you go for excursions with different points of departure and destinations. For families there is a special offer, too: children up to 6 years are free and children from 6 to 16 years pay half price. The Hotel Laurin in Dobbiaco is only a few minutes of walk away from the railway station and the ideal point for your excursions in Dobbiaco and its surroundings. Our hotel will be open again from the 15th of May 2010.

Search the Easter eggs at the Museum of Folk Traditions

Not far away from Dobbiaco, near Brunico, is located the South Tyrolean Museum of Folk Traditions. Here, at the open-air site of over 4 hectares you can visit several old farms, workshops and farm gardens. The interior of the museum housed various collections of popular art objects, traditional costumes and so on. And to all children waits the traditional searching of the Easter eggs on Easter Monday, 5th April 2010.
